The '03 Monte Carlo Stocker is a Hot Wheels rendition of the Chevrolet's NASCAR entry at the time: the Monte Carlo. The Monte Carlo body was initially used from 1972 to 1988 before being replaced by the Lumina; the nameplate was reintroduced in 1995 and ran until 2007, when it was replaced by the Impala.
This casting may have been originally intended to be released in either 2003 and 2004 hence the copyright of the base stating as such. The base reads "2003 Monte Carlo".
