This car came out in a Kellogg's promotion. When you ship out 4 UPCs from Kelloggs cereals boxes, your receive 1 random Rev-Ups that is in the casting of a 2003 Monte Carlo Stocker in Cartoon Network theme decals. Also came with a 13inch magnetic track.

Being that the casting was based on the Rev-Ups series, its possible but unlikely that more appearance where made in the original Rev-Ups line.
