Description[]
The '06 Pontiac GTO is a fantasy "what if" Pontiac offered a Super Duty GTO. It's basically the equivalent of the COPO Camaro- a factory built drag race car. The latest GTO from Pontiac was produced from 2004 to 2006, and was built in Australia using the Holden Monaro as the foundation and required over 250 parts to be changed to become the legendary GTO.
This casting features hidden engine detail when taken apart.

2021 card[]
From the back of the 2021 card:
Born: 2006, Elizabeth, South Australia
Designer: GM
In the 1960s, Pontiac's Super Duty program offered race cars right off the assembly line. As a nod to that program, this "what if" GTO comes with an enlarged ram air hood scoop, exhaust header/fender exhaust, drag slicks, parachute, wheelie bar, inside roll bar and no rear seats.
(15 years of Pontiac Card: GTO stands for Gran Turismo Omologato)
