Description[]
The Chrysler 300 was a high-performance personal luxury car produced by Chrysler from 1955 to 1965. As there were multiple generations of the 300 series of cars made by Chrysler, this version of the 300 has been retrospectively named the "Letter Series" Chrysler 300. Production began in 1955 as the C-300, with each year getting a different designation: 300B, 300C and so on until 300L. The "Letter Series" 300 was discontinued in 1965 and replaced by the "Non-Letter Series" Chrysler 300.
The base of the casting reads Chrysler 300C.
