The '70 Plymouth Hemi 'Cuda is a Hot Wheels casting which debuted in the collector-aimed (100% Hot Wheels) in the Boulevard Burners 2-Car Set. The casting features an opening hood, which displayed a detailed engine. It was only used once before being discontinued.
