Description

The Porsche 944 is a small sports car designed by Harm Laagay and produced at Porsche's plant in Neckarsulm in Stuttgart from 1982 to 1991. Built off the platform borrowed from the Porsche 924, the 944 Turbo was a front-engine, rear-wheel drive coupe built from 1982-1991. The 944 was offered as a intermediary offering above the 924 coupe and below the 911 range. A total of 25,245 Turbos were built.

A stethoscope can be seen in the trunk. This was added by the designer to pay tribute to the doctor who had saved him from cancer.
