Description[]
The Mazda RX-7 is a rotary-engined sports car produced from 1978 to 2002. It is the best selling rotary-engined car, with 811,634 produced over three generations. This casting is based on the FD, the third and last generation of the RX-7 before its discontinuation. RX-7s have since become popular drift vehicles.
This casting is based on a drift-spec RX-7 with what appears to be loosely based on some Abflug bodykits. The casting notably features a raised bash bar to allow it to be used on track. The casting features the same interior piece as the '95 Mazda RX-7. The base reads 95 Mazda RX-7 Drift.
