Description[]
The Plymouth Savoy is a series of full- or mid-sized automobiles produced by the Plymouth division of the Chrysler Corporation from 1954 to 1964. The Savoy name had been used on a number of other vehicles prior, such as a station wagon. When introduced the car was positioned between the Plaza and the Belvedere; power steering was added in 1955 and a hardtop coupe and station wagon in 1956. Production of the Savoy ended in 1964 where it was replaced by the Fury I.
This casting depicts the 1955 Plymouth Savoy modified by Alex Taylor and Lucky Costa of HOT ROD Garage.
