Description[]
The 1971 Camaro was designed to come as close as any car can come to the Corvette and still have a backseat. It was powered by a 360-horse, Turbo-Fire V8 with a big four-barrel carb. The tranny boasted 4-speed Hurst linkage and the suspension was wide, stable and responsive. The Z-28 emblem let everyone know that this muscle machine was ready to run.
The 1971 Camaro was a Hot Wheels casting which debuted in the collector-aimed (100% Hot Wheels) 2004 Showcase Hot Wheels - Muscle Car Series. It featured an opening hood which displayed a detailed engine. It was only used four times before being discontinued.
