The 1975 Chevrolet Monte Carlo is a Hot Wheels casting debuting as an RLC exclusive in 2023. It features functioning lowrider suspension.
This casting was known as the 1975 Chevy Monte Carlo Lowrider in development; in development the casting also featured opening doors but due to costs this feature was cut from the final release.
