Description[]
The Honda NSX was a mid-engined two-seat sports car manufactured by Honda from 1990 to 2005. Styled by Ken Okuyama, Masahito Nakano, Shigeru Uehara and James Stevens, the NSX was Honda's flagship offering, intended to compete with such cars like the Ferrari 348. It was powered by a 3.0L C30B V6; this was changed to a 3.2L C32B V6 later in the car's life. The car was facelifted in 2002 to keep it modern-looking, with fixed xenon high-intensity discharge beams as opposed to pop-up headlights. The NSX-R was a performance-oriented version of the NSX, intended for customers who wanted a "no-compromise" experience on the track with their cars. The NSX was discontinued in 2005; the name would be revived in 2017 after some years of development.
