4 On The Floor is a Hot Wheels toy that came out in 1983. The toy came with a truck and a launcher. The truck itself had 4 gears to work with (thus the name) that would control it's speed. Place the truck on the launcher and wind it up with the T-cord. By hitting a red button, you'd release the truck to perform it's crazy stunts.
