In the world of hot rods and custom cars, to win the AMBR at Oakland is the equivalent of winning 'Best In Show' at the Pebble Beach Concourse d'Elegance for a classic car owner. Indeed, the nine-foot tall trophy bestowed upon the winner of annual America's Most Beautiful Roadsters award is impressive in size, grandeur and importance. For 52 years, the majestic prize has been bestowed upon the most talented people within the rod and custom car culture.
Our custom car set celebrates the immeasurable talents of two AMBR honorees, both ingenious designers and creators of magnificent machines; George Barris and his "Ala Kart" and Chip Foose's "0032" created for Chuck Svates. Their vehicles are two big-time winners in 1:64 scale.
