Description[]
The Audi RS 6 is a high-performance version of the Audi A6, only available in station wagon ("Avant") form since 2013. Designed by Stephan Fahr-Becker, the RS 6 Avant underwent a significant facelift for the 2020 model year. It is now powered by a 4.0L DYGA twin-turbocharged V8, now boosted by a belt alternator starter and mild hybrid system as well as a cylinder-on-demand system for the engine. The engine produces 592 horsepower and is mated to an 8-speed ZF 8HP95 automatic; top speed for the wagon is 305 km/h (190 mph) with the installation of optional performance packages.
The initial release is based on the limited-production Audi RS 6 Avant GT variant.
