Battle X

Battle X was a short-lived series of battery-powered battling toys produced in 2005.

The premise of this series is similar to that of a cross between Beyblade and BattleBots or Robot Wars, where vehicles battle each other in a spinning fashion. Each vehicle consists of a shield piece and a spinning weapon piece; the shield is attached onto the weapon. Each vehicle takes 2 "AA"-sized batteries.

To play, both vehicles are hooked together using their hook mechanisms and are turned on simultaneously using the power switches on the right hand side of their body. Once they are powered, the vehicles will spin around in a counterclockwise fashion as they come closer to each other; the winner is the vehicle with its parts remaining by the end of the battle. The vehicle with no parts left will be bricked with its spoiler kicked downwards, propping the vehicle up. Winning a battle allows a player to attach a "Battle Scar" sticker to their vehicle.

Each vehicle can be augmented with different weapons: Blades, Extenders, Missiles and Grinders, which can be attached in place of their standard weapons. These vehicles are available in different weapons packs with two different weapons inside. 2-Packs of vehicles are also available.
