Car Culture 2-Packs is a premium series of 2-car packs introduced in mid-2021. These consist of two Premium cars themed to a certain assortment: one car from an existing Car Culture assortment (sometimes with minor cosmetic modifications) plus one new car. All castings are made in Thailand. The packs are said to be a Target exclusive.
