The Car Wash was one of various Hot Wheels car wash sets designed in the 1990s. This was the largest of the three sets in terms of box length.
The set featured a water feature spraying the car and cleaning rollers; the water is collected in a tray underneath the set. The car is moved along by a sliding platform which the car sits on, controlled by a blue car wash attendant. Dual pretend vacuum cleaners are situated at the end of the set.
