2009 Hot Wheels Color Shifters

The Hotwheels Color Shifters is a brand new line launched by Mattel in late 2008, and as it's name says, changes colors. The colors are changed by putting the car under either hot or cold water. The vehicle usually are packaged with the "cold water color", along with a small card that by pulling on the tab, changes from one color to another, showing the buyer what the vehicle would look like during "hot" and "cold" stages.
