JDM Tuners

In Hot Wheel's recent history has come the release of many licensed JDM castings, and a handful of unlicensed JDM-inspired unlicensed castings. In the context of Hot Wheels, 'tuner' cars, much like the real-life cars are modified, but whereas real-life tuner cars are modified for show, the hot wheels counterparts are to avoid copyright infringement. In the Hot wheels community, the term 'tuner' typically applies to unlicensed cars with modifications on them. JDM Tuners cars, like real JDM cars are right-hand drive, as is standard on all cars sold in Japan.
