Description[]
The Chaparral 2F was a prototype race car designed by Chaparral Cars for use in the 1967 World Manufacturer's Championship Series. Designed by Jim Hall and Hap Sharp, the cars were powered by a 7.0L Chevrolet V8 mated to Chaparral's 3-speed "automatic" transmission and were often very competitive, running near or at the front of the field and featured a movable wing similar to the 2E actuated by a foot pedal in place of where the clutch pedal would be. 2 chassis were produced.
This model features a removable engine cover.
