Introduced in 1988. They change colors as you change the temperature of the paint, Mattel advertised to use hot or cold water. In 1988, the series had a Promotional Sweepstakes for the series to possibly win a coupon for Hot Wheels LE 20yr 20pk, A BMX bicycle, mini Mustang or a real Ford Mustang (for your parents of course).

Automagic II /Color Racers II[]

Automagic II & Color Racers II is the same series of 12 cars appearing on either on an Auto Magic II blister, a Color Racers II blisters, or Both!

The Back of the blister shows that there was 12 cars in the series. Six of them are individual cars, and the other six came with an ice pen and ice cube(tip) tray.

Out of the 12 cars, only Aeroflash (changes Dark Blue to Light Blue) from the individual packs, was replaced with Racebait 308.
