The Nissan Fairlady Z is a sports car produced by Nissan from 1969 to 1978; it is internally referred to as the S30 and is known as the 240Z, 260Z or 280Z in other countries depending on the engine, branded as a Datsun.
This casting depicts the custom Nissan Fairlady Z as driven by Isabel Neves (Daniela Melchior) in Fast X. In the movie this Fairlady Z is said to be powered by a RB26DETT engine; the car used in the film actually used a small block Chevrolet V8 with an ornamental turbocharger sticking out the hood.
This is a modified version of a combination between Jun Imai's Nissan Fairlady Z and Custom Datsun 240Z castings, featuring the body of the Fairlady Z and the base of the Custom Datsun 240Z, with an ornamental black turbocharger that is part of the interior sticking out the hood.
