This article is a Dave Martis is a Hot Wheels designer who worked with Mattel from 1999 to 2004 as a senior project designer. Prior to working at Mattel, he designed bicycles for GT Bicycles and automotive accessories for Powers Design International. After leaving Mattel, he went to rival toy company Playmates for a year. He is currently the owner of Devium Design.
