FTE or Faster Than Ever is a line of Hot Wheels Wheel Types.
Cars with this wheel had special nickel-plated axles, reducing friction and increasing the car's speed. It is always the same "bronze" color. FTE wheels are essentially the same wheels as the OH5SP but differ in color and axle.
Due to the additional operation of nickel-plating the axles, these wheels are more expensive to produce than wheels on normal axles. This may be the cause that as of 2014/2015 this wheel type isn't seen as much as in 2005/2006.
