Description[]

The Plymouth Belvedere GTX was a muscle car designed and manufactured by the now-defunct Plymouth division of the Chrysler Corporation (now Stellantis North America) based on the Belvedere. The car featured a 7.2L HEMI V8 known as the Super Commando 440 as standard; it was rated at 375 BHP. About 12,690 were produced. GTX production ended in 1971; by that time the GTX was based on the Plymouth Road Runner.

'67 Plymouth GTX is seen on the base. While similar to the earlier '67 Plymouth GTX casting, this casting is actually a completely new tooling and sculpt intended to represent a Belvedere Convertible. Despite the fact that this is a completely new casting, the copyright information of the older casting can be seen on the base, saying "2009" as opposed to "2013" or "2014".
