Description[]

The Porsche 959 was a sports car designed by Helmuth Bott and produced by Porsche from 1987 to 1993. With its 2.8L twin-turbocharged flat-6 engine producing 444 horsepower, the 959 was the fastest production street-legal car in the world when first introduced, as well as one of the first high-performance sports cars with an all-wheel drive drivetrain. The cars competed in the Paris-Dakar Rally.

The initial release of this casting is intended to resemble the No. 186 Rothmans 959 that participated in the 1986 Paris-Dakar Rally, sans Rothmans logos likely due to tobacco advertisement laws.
