Gary Ronald Swisher is a former Mattel employee who worked with Mattel from 1990 to 2018 in their Hot Wheels division. He last held the post of Vice President for Inventor Relations in Mattel, a position he held from 2005 until his departure. He currently works as an Executive Vice President of Design at competing brand Spin Master.
