This the Hot Wheels depiction of the Gills Raider (a modified Honda XR250) from Kamen Rider Agito.
This casting was produced in partnership with Bandai. This casting was exclusive to Japan and a few neighboring countries. It features both a posable kickstand and a removable Kamen Rider Gills figure.
