In 2020, Hot Wheels released a series of 5 vehicles with decos inspired by police forces around the world. There was also a secondary theme to the series. The first sets came without the Hot Wheels logo and the card art reflected the "Missing Logo" with the castings in emergency response mode. A few weeks later the second sets came out where the logos had been returned and the card art reflected that things were back to status quo. The actual castings & toy #'s are all the same, only the card art changed.
