Hot Wheels: Shark Attack is an American children's book published by Scholastic in 2013. In this book, Team Hot Wheels is trying out a brand-new stunt. They will speed down a pier and through three loops over the ocean. But watch out! These waters are shark infested. Can Team Hot Wheels survive this challenge?

Blue warns Red.

Red getting into Mad Splash.
In the Triple Track Twister racetrack on the beach, Team Hot Wheels was attempting to race though the three loops over the ocean however Blue Driver saw a sigh with "BEWARE OF SHARKS" on it and warns his fellow teammate Red Driver about this, but Red had other plans and was ready for a thrill ride and seemingly ignores Blue's warning of the sharks. Blue warns Red again about this when he got into his Mad Splash but it was too late and Red was racing off the track. After Red goes though the first two loops getting faster as he goes through them he gets attacked by a shark on the third loop, he swerves to avoid the shark attacking him but a second shark comes out of the water and attacks him, he escapes it but a chunk of the track was bitten. After Red finish he warns Yellow Driver about the sharks, but yellow had a surprise for them. He jolts around the first and second loop with no sharks present and it comes around to the third and final one with both sharks attacking Yellow until the two sharks realized that Yellow is driving a Sharkruiser, this apparently scares the sharks to the point of swimming away. The Yellow Driver was about to go on the area of track the sharks bit over until he skids over the broken area of track and spins around crossing the finish line backwards, and with that Team Hot Wheels made the Triple Track Twister racetrack safe from anymore shark attacks.
