Released in 2010, the Hot Wheels Garage succeeded the 2009 Larry's Garage line after Larry Wood retired from Mattel in 2009. Larry still had his own cars in the line in 2010, but was joined that year by fellow designer Phil Riehlman and graphics guru Wayne Scott. The 2010 series had eight new castings.
The 2010 Hot Wheels Garage series had 9 Castings that were Mass Market Exclusives. 3 each to TRU, Wal-Mart and Target.
The 2010 Garage Series also featured a 30 Car Set.
