In 1998, three vintage Jaguars sold at auctions for sums totaling over $2.8 million. Now, Hot Wheels Collectibles offers you the chance to purchase four classic Jaguars for considerably less.

Officially, Jaguar began in 1922 as the Swallow Sidecar Company. The fledgling enterprise produced cars using parts and subassemblies from several British manufacturers. This production technique limited their ability to effect styling and performance, so in 1935 Swallow produced its first car from the ground up. Their new car needed a name that embodied speed and agility, and Jaguar fitted the bill. In '37 the chrome mascot was added to the hoods and Jaguar was on its way to becoming a premier manufacturer of luxury sports cars.

We have replicated four models which represent milestones in Jaguar styling and technology. From the XJ-13 - a one of a kind 12 cylinder concept car to the rare 1957 XKSS of which only 16 were built, to the classic XKE - the dream sports car of the '60s and '70s, to the latest beauty to carry the Jaguar legacy into the new millennium - the XKR! Each highly detailed model captures the essence of these world-class British sports cars.
