John Norman Handy is a former employee at Mattel who was senior vice president of product design; he worked with Mattel from at least 1993 to at least 2005. He is known to have designed at least two castings during his time with Mattel and was part of the Hot Wheels design team until at least 2005. He currently is the owner of Treebones Resort in California.
