Julian David Koiles is a Mattel employee who worked from Mattel from 2015 to 2014, although he initially joined Mattel on contract in 2014 through PRO Unlimited. He was responsible for designing the package designs for the Premium and other adult collector lines in addition to also overseeing the art direction for Color Shifters, playsets, Super Rigs and Color Reveal. Prior to his work at Mattel, Koiles worked at competing brands Hasbro and Spin Master and worked at other minor design companies.
