Kevin Kai Cao is a designer who has worked with Mattel since 2007, currently serving as a senior project designer and lead and as a key designer for Hot Wheels Track & Playsets. He first joined the Hot Wheels design team as an intern, and after graduation was hired full time. His first design was the Cloak and Dagger, which was done while on his internship program.
