The Magnum Fever is a Scorchers model based on a 1979 Dodge Magnum. The Scorchers models were known for their extremely powerful pullback motors. The casting was used twice and then discontinued in around 1982 with the rest of the Scorchers line; while some were repurposed into the mainline and some as Shift Kickers vehicles, this is one of the various castings which never saw the light of day again.
