Description[]
The McLaren MP4/14 was a Formula One car designed by Adrian Newey, Neil Oatley, Steve Nichols, Matt Jeffreys, David North, David Neilson, Paddy Lowe and Henri Durand used by McLaren during the 1999 Formula One season. The car was driven by an unchanged lineup of Mika Häkkinen and David Coulthard from the last year, and was highly dominant throughout the entire season, scoring seven wins in sixteen races; the car gave Häkkinen his second and final world title, but failed to give McLaren the same success in the championship fight, losing to Ferrari's F399 in the constructors's championship. Six chassis were produced.
