Description[]
The McLaren W1 is a very-high-performance limited production two-seat sports car manufactured by McLaren Automotive. Styled by Tobias Sühlmann and João Diaz, the W1 acts as the successor to the P1. It is powered by a 4.0L MHP-8 twin-turbocharged V8 mated to a robotic 8-speed dual clutch and a McLaren E-Motor system; the car's combined output is 1,258 horsepower. 399 units are expected to be produced, with each car priced at $2.1 million; all have been sold. Production is expected to begin in 2025.
