The Mercedes-Benz W140 is a series of flagship vehicles manufactured by Mercedes-Benz from 1991 to 1998 in a number of body styles. The 500 SEL was a long-wheelbase version of the W140, powered by a 5.0L M119 E 50 V8; the 500 SEL was renamed to the S 500 in 1993.
The driver's side window is wound down.
