Michael Lewis Kollins is a Hot Wheels designer who worked at Mattel from 1985 to 2004. He is currently an assistant chair at the Otis College of Art and Design, where he has worked since 2005. His last known position was as the Manager of the Collector and Racing lineups; he was responsible for the Pro Circuit and the Pro Racing series, as well as the newly-tooled castings in the latter.
