NCRL, Neo Classic Wheels, or New Redlines is a line of Hot Wheels Wheel Types. This wheel is sometimes called "new Redline" but does not have a Red line per se. The tampo'd line could be Pink, as used on the 2014 Noodlist from the 28th Annual Hot Wheels Collectors Convention RLC Party. The wheel was introduced in the Neo-Classics line, exclusive for HotWheelsCollectors.com.
