For the release of the Japan Historics 2, Hot Wheels gave collectors two new castings; the Nissan Skyline C210, and the Nissan Laurel 2000 SGX. The latter is the Second-Generation (1972-77) Laurel, Chassis C-130 in Hardtop (2-door) "SGX" trim. This means (among other enhancements) independent rear suspension and a 2.0L six cylinder (L20A) engine with a 5-speed transmission.
