The Off Track was Hot Wheels "all-terrain truck" answer to replace the Bad Mudder casting despite the fact that there is the Bad Mudder 2.  The original Bad Mudder was discontinued for licensing reasons.

The casting is slightly altered in 2011, the spare tire is casted into the body despite in some later releases (before 2014) the casting with seperated spare tire is still used. And in 2014 the roll bar is molded into the window piece.
