(From a 1981 Catalog) Fire engine enthusiast will recognize the big red Ahrens-Fox of the 1920's. Old Number 5 is typical of the fire trucks that replaced the traditional brass steamers drawn by legendary fire horses. Engines like this one, or other models by Seagrave and American LaFrance, could pump close to 1,000 gallons per minute!
