Pavement Pounders

Description

Pavement Pounders was the name for the second series of transport trucks and included bonus vehicles that ran from late 1999 to 2003, coming after Long Haulers and before Truckin' Transporters, Racing Rigs, and Super Rigs. See also Kool Toyz Racing Packs, Super Race Rigs and Wild Race Teams, playsets that included Pavement Pounders.

1999

Very little information exists regarding this first series of Pavement Pounders. These models seem closer to a continuation of Long Haulers, cancelled earlier in the same year, as they use the same castings and very similar packaging.
