Description[]
The Peugeot 9X8 is a sport prototype racing car developed by Peugeot Sport for endurance racing. Styled by Vadim Gilca under Matthias Hossan with design work by Olivier Jansonnie, the 9X8 competes in the FIA World Endurance Championship in the Hypercar class. It is powered by a 2.6L X6H twin-turbocharged V6 mated to a Sadev 7-speed sequential. Originally designed without a wing, the 9X8 gained a wing in 2024 after its previous iteration, relying heavily on ground effect, proved uncompetitive.
This casting depicts the 9X8 2024, the version of the car used since 2024 with the rear wing. This is the first Peugeot model produced by Hot Wheels since 2005.
