The Porsche 911 GT3 R is a grand touring racing sports car manufactured by Porsche for use in Group GT3 competition. Originally introduced in 1999, the GT3 R is currently in its fourth generation, based on the Porsche 992 platform. It is powered by a 4.2L M97/80 flat-6, now making 565 horsepower. The car competes in racing series such as the World Endurance Championship, IMSA SportsCar Championship and various branches of the GT World Challenge; it made its racing debut at the 2023 24 Hours of Daytona.
The initial livery of the casting is based on Rexy, the affectionate nickname for the 911 GT3 R raced by AO Racing in the IMSA SportsCar Championship; the chase livery is based on Roxy, a pink version of Rexy.
