Description[]
Power Rev was first released in the Hot Wheels Apptivity line. This casting had several buttons on the bottom called "Retractable Touch Points" that were used to control the in-game Apptivity car with the physical diecast. As the name insinuates, pressing the center white button on the bottom retracts the touch points inside the body of the car itself, allowing for use of these cars on track layouts. The engine on this casting is a button that pushes down the fifth Touch Point. Contrary to popular belief, there are no electronic components in this vehicle. The engine on this casting is a button that pushes down the fifth sensor.
