Description

The Rivited is a Hot Wheels Original Design. It was introduced in the AcceleRacers line in 2005. The car is named after rivets (a rivet is a short metal pin or bolt that permanently fastens plates of metal or other types of materials). In the Acceleracers series, this car was driven by Taro Kitano of the Metal Maniacs. Rivited had an 427 CI twin turbo fuel injected V8 creating 815 HP for Taro to use in the realms. The Rivited additionally resembles the original Ford Mustang albeit slimmed down and Metal Maniac themed.

The car has a header and also intake add ons. Rivited's chassis are chromemoly steel tubed and the body being carbon fiber. Having 20" front wheels and 22" back wheels. And lastly, has a four link rear suspension with coilovers in the front. This vehicle was made after Taro's Roadrunner was struck by lightning in the Storm Realm, being towed back to the AcceleDrome and was never seen again.
