Sei Cho is a former Hot Wheels designer who worked with Mattel from 2004 to 2006. Originally working with Jada Toys, he left the company in 2004 to join Mattel, where he worked for two years; while at Hot Wheels, Sei worked at the Hot Wheels "Trend" Group alongside Jun Imai to design "unconventional body styles" for Hot Wheels models, such as the Drop Tops and Blings models, stating that "essential line" vehicles (i.e. Realistix) were "a special treat".
